At YZ we stand behind our product, this is a responsibility we
take very seriously, so
seriously we provide a Three-year limited warranty on all of our
products against defects
in materials.
This optional 1-day service enhancement provides for your new
system start-up and
commissioning by one of our factory certified technicians. Once
your connections are
complete, our field technician will arrive on site and provide
system start-up, commissioning
and equipment instruction. If you have multiple NJEX systems,
a multiple system start-up
discount is available. Prices quoted will include labor technician
travel and associated
expenses. If you feel you may need a little help getting started,

ServiceOne is an annual maintenance program geared to give you
a little breathing room in
your routine service schedule. We’ll send one of our factory
certified technicians on-site
for an extensive diagnostic check and system refurbishment. Labor,
travel, and associated
expenses necessary to complete this annual maintenance program
are included in the
price of the program. All parts used in this maintenance will
be discounted 10% and the
service will include a printed, technician's report.
Let’s face it, reading a manual is one thing, but having
an expert guide you step-by-step
through the details of the system will give your team a head start
on trouble shooting issues
in the field. With the ability to train up to 15 of your team
members at a time, we can provide
technical training to encompass: NJEX operation and the Sentry4
software; DTEX and
Reporter operation; and Sampling training to which may include
the DynaPak, and the Light
Liquid and Crude Oil Samplers.
Where we train is up to you. Your team is welcome to travel to
our Corporate Learning
Center located in Conroe, Texas, just outside of Houston, or we
can come to you. It’s
your choice.
